Dr. Hyman recommends eliminating the following “toxic” foods from our diet: sugar, caffeine, grains, gluten, alcohol, and processed foods containing preservatives or additives. This all sounds logical and correct. I took the challenge and decided to try his plan to cleanse my body of buildup of unhealthy toxins in my body.
